Warranty Coverage

Canducha offers specific warranties based on the materials used in our products:

Stainless Steel and 925 Silver Products: Lifetime warranty for color.
General Item Defects: 30-day warranty for item defects.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover lost items or damages to jewelry caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

Scratches;
Bent rings;
Dents caused by use;
Broken chains or earrings;
Detached stones;
Chain clasps;
Decorative enamels;
Minor surface scratches.

The warranty also does not cover any modifications made by a third party outside of Canducha.

Additionally, products purchased outside of www.canducha.shop or through external vendors are not covered under our warranty.

Procedure in Case of Defects or Faults

Notification

If a defect or fault is identified, the customer must notify us immediately via email at support@canducha.com within 7 days of discovery. A detailed description of the issue should be provided, ideally accompanied by images or videos.

Analysis

Our team of professionals will conduct an analysis to confirm the defect or fault within 10 business days.

Solutions

Once the defect or fault is confirmed, the customer may choose one of the following options:

Replacement with a new product of the same model;
Proportional price reduction.

Resolution Time

Canducha is committed to resolving any issues related to defects or faults within 7 days of notification by the customer. If this timeline cannot be met, the customer may select one of the previously mentioned solutions.
